School trips in Bergamo
Day trips and study tours, with all the paperwork the school office needs.
We've been taking classes on trips for three generations. We know that for a school, the tricky part isn't the trip itself—it's the documentation required for the official resolution and the timing of its delivery.
That is why we provide the complete dossier along with the quote, so the administration office doesn't have to chase us for it.
- Chauffeur-driven rental license, vehicle registration, and inspection certificates.
- Insurance cover up to €25 million.
- Driving licences and CQC (professional driving qualification) for our drivers, with driving and rest times observed.
- Tachograph data and documentation required by ministerial guidelines.
- Written quote addressed to the school, ready to use for the official procurement decision.
The drivers who cover school trips have been with us for years: they're used to school groups, to the pace teachers set, and to unplanned stops.
