What data we collect

We only process the data you enter in the quote request form: first and last name, email, phone number, type of service, number of people, dates, locations and notes about the itinerary.

Why we process it

Solely to respond to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form, under Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

We do not use the data for marketing, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, and for the period required by accounting and tax obligations if the request becomes a contract. We then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Just write to us at noleggio@montitours.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools that track visitors.

The How to find us page embeds a Google Maps map: opening that page, Google may set its own technical cookies and receive your IP address. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy notice.
